We sometimes get lost in what we perceive as 'greatness'. In Eckhalt words, greatness is a mental abstraction and a favorite fantasy of the ego.
On the contrary it is the small things that matters. Everybody's life really consists of small things. The paradox is the great arises out of small things that are honored and cared for.
The foundation for greatness is honoring the small things of the present moment instead of pursuing the idea of greatness.
The present moment is always simple, but concealed within it lies the greatest power.
How do you live in the present? Breathe! Take at least 3 deep breaths..
Feel your abdomen rise when you breathe in and articulate A U M as you exhale...'A' from Throat..'U' in mouth ...and 'M' as you press your lips upon exhalation through your nose.
An alternate way would be to have a good laugh..that's the essence of living in the moment..
With the rise of Consciousness of each breath, lies the power to Greatness....and Peace with your Being
Embrace the whole new you! Be inspired ~In Spirit.
And oh..with the shift of consciousness, it's okay to be crazy, mad, dysfunction! haha..Imagine how the caterpillar out of the cocoon feels in its transformation into a Butterfly!
Also watch out for synchronocities and miracles as your life unfolds. Enjoy! ~'In Joy'
